It´s the 4WD heads that are being updated this time, and this is the third update of this series in a relatively short time. The H415HD head, was only on the market for a little over one year. The replacement, the H425HD, is 10 % lighter that the 415, but also have less cutting capacity, 71 cm (28”) compared to the 415’s 75 cm (29,5”).

The 425 series are intended for final felling and the 423 series for thinning. The H423 is a mid-sized head for late thinning and early clear cuts.

All the new harvester heads from John Deere are equipped with the new PEVO valve.
